Kallas after the appointment of Sørensen: Stability is a priority in the Western Balkans

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, said today in Brussels that stability is the EU's priority in the Western Balkans and pointed to the EU Council's decision to appoint Peter Sørensen as the EU's Special Envoy.
