Osmani: The so-called Kosovo is ready for the Council of Europe

This is not a commitment from March 2024, but the Basic Agreement from 2023, which was accepted by the Kosovo delegation and which, as you all know, includes the obligation to establish CSM&quot;, said Osmani in Pristina and added that the formation of the CSM is not required from the so-called of Kosovo before admission to the Council of Europe.She said that she requested that in the letter, which was written together with Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the President of the Assembly, the so-called Kosova Glauk Konjufca sent to the rapporteur for the so-called Kosovo in the Council of Europe Dora Bakojani, included a part where it is emphasized that every obligation of the so-called Kosovo is being implemented in accordance with the Constitution, laws and judgments of the Constitutional Court of the so-called Kosovo.Osmani added that she expects the report on the so-called Kosovo to be accepted at today&#39;s meeting of the Committee for Political Affairs and Democracy of the Council of Europe.&quot;The report is already positive, the content of the report already recommends that Kosovo become a full member of the Council of Europe with equal rights. What will happen today is the procedure, it is an extraordinary meeting of the committee that was invited to approve this report and then it goes to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe,&quot; said Osmani.
