Both he and his colleagues claim that they did not commit the criminal offense of obstructing or preventing voting, because no one from the municipal election commissions didn&#39;t even appear in schools that were previously polling stations,&quot; Pantović said.He added that it is clear that they did not prohibit anyone from holding the election process, because it did not even take place.On April 12 of this year, in four municipalities in the north of Kosovo and Metohija, where Serbs are the majority, the authorities of the temporary Pristina institutions organized a referendum to replace the Albanian mayors elected in the elections in April 2023 with the votes of about 3 percent of the Albanian voters.The Serbs boycotted the referendum because Pristina, as Srpska lista pointed out, had foreseen impossible procedures for the vote and did everything to prevent the referendum from succeeding.
