Vucic does not have the authority to ask questions that are based on false assumptions. He may ask any questions he wishes, just like any other person, however, he is not entitled to an answer.

The US lives in the 1990s when it was the hegemon. It's 2024 and those days are gone but like Hitler in his last days who moved divisions that had long surrendered so the US keeps thinking this is still the 90s.
