Analysis: Why did the Germans and the USA postpone the statement on the Resolution on Srebrenica

So during World War One two thirds of the Serbian population was murdered off by germany and it's nazi suck ass puppets and then during world War Two most probably over five million Serbs were murdered by germans and their nazi suck ass puppets and how many more ethnic cleansed from their ancient homes in the Balkans and that is not genocide ? For all this I also blame the Serbs because after World War Two they could of done so much to avenge all that was done to them and also gain world wide respect that they are a proud people who have value for their own lives and heritage.
