The wings of the red windmill atop the Moulin Rouge, Paris&#39; most famous cabaret club, fell to the ground overnight, a club spokesman said.&quot;We don&#39;t know exactly what happened. The wings fell between 2:00 and 3:00 in the morning. No one was injured,&quot; said the club&#39;s spokesperson.
