Serbia has prepared non-paper

In the past, Serbia agreed, as part of its conditions to join the EU, not to interfere with Kosovo’s efforts to join international organizations. Doesn’t Serbia’s action of attempting to prevent Kosovo from joining the EU violate the agreement she made with the EU?

That is what I call an abuse of power and strength. I really hope it will backfire and Serbia have another humiliation. Let's wait and see! We are currently living an absurd reality that the weakest links with the EU still have blocking powers. If Serbia succeeds in blocking Kosovo's membership into international organisation, the Kosovo government should increase its determination to fight, corruption. Illegallity especially in northern Kosovo and increase the security presence there.
