The EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, said today that the conditions that Russia presented in order to agree to a ceasefire in Ukraine show that Moscow does not want peace.
Any objective outsider listening to the illogical ramblings of Kaja must think that such gross incompetence directly serves the interests of Russia and that she, in fact, was installed as an outright fool to undermine EU credibility.
