The action was carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Department for Combating Corruption of the UKP, and by order of the Special Department for Suppression of Corruption of the Higher Public Prosecutor&#39;s Office in Ni&scaron;.P.G. (1973), former assistant to the mayor of the town of Leskovac, and M.S. (1975), president of the Boji&scaron;ina Community Council and de facto owner of the entrepreneurial shop &quot;Dosta Spasić&quot;, were arrested due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they had committed the crime of money laundering.N.S. (1964), president of the Grdelica selo Local Community Council, N.S. (1991), president of the Local Community Council Dobrotin, M.S. (1961), president of the Zagužane Local Community Council, and D.S. (1970), president of the Mala Grabovnica Local Community Council, were arrested due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they had committed the crime of abuse of office.It is suspected that M.S., as the de facto owner of the entrepreneurial shop &quot;Dosta Spasić&quot;, received money payments from the accounts of the Dobrotin, Mala Grabovnica, Zagužane and Grdelica selo municipalities, based on fictitiously concluded contracts for the performance of works, the documentation for which was prepared by P.G. As it is suspected, on the basis of fictitious invoices about works allegedly carried out in the mentioned local communities, M.S. (1975) withdrew money from the current account of the entrepreneurial shop and handed it over to P.G., which damaged the budget of the City of Leskovac.Suspects will be brought to the competent prosecutor&#39;s office with a criminal report.Police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Criminal Police Directorate, the Department for the Fight against Corruption continue their work to combat corruption in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
