The handwriting is on the wall. Trump will make Serbia an offer they can’t refuse, just as he has done with Iran. Serbia will be required to sanction Russia, along with shutting down their spy facilities in Nis. In return, Trump will prevent Serbia’s economy from failing.

You are quoting your wish list. Trump will only pull back his troops from Bondsteel and wash his hands off the whole thing. He is dealing with a very strong Russia who is looking to make Balkan their sphere of influence and Trump is a believer in that. He is only interested in the US and their sphere of influence and that is not Balkans.
