And next time we will not appeal to the International Court of Justice again if this time its judgment is not implemented - and it is not. It is not,&quot; stressed Borrell.He added that he knows that &quot;geography is important&quot; and that &quot;wars that are close to us are more important than wars that are far away.&quot;&quot;But they are all interconnected.
