In seven or eight days, you will see that the European Union will announce Jadar as its strategic project outside the EU countries,&quot; said Vučić.The European Commission today established a list of 47 strategic projects for the provision of critical raw materials in the European Union, including a significant number of lithium initiatives, which should strengthen the European value chain of raw materials and diversify sources of supply.The Commission granted the status of a strategic project only to projects that are implemented on the territory of the European Union. Strategic projects include 14 of the 17 strategic raw materials listed in the CRMA, including 22 lithium projects, 12 nickel projects, 10 cobalt projects, seven manganese projects and 11 graphite projects.According to the EC, 47 new strategic projects are located in 13 member states of the European Union, specifically in Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Greece, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Poland and Romania.The aforementioned 47 strategic projects, in order to become operational, will require total investments of 22.5 billion euros.
