Milos Simovic, arrested last week after spending seven years on the run, is now "ready to become a collaborating witness". Belgrade weekly NIN writes that the Zemun Clan gangster, who was tried and sentenced to 30 years in absentia for his role in the 2003 murder of Zoran Djindjic, is now offering to reveal information "about the background of the assassination".
