Ex-Đukanović official cleared of smuggling charges

The court in Bari, Italy, cleared Miroslav Ivanisevic of the cigarette smuggling charges, said reports. The indictment against Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic was dropped when he called on his immunity during his testimony in March 2008.
