Horror in Paris: Teenager murdered

According to media reports, the suspected boys will be brought to the prosecutor's office today, and the minors are known to law enforcement agencies.

The murdered boy's name was Elias. He was attacked at around 8 p.m. when he was leaving training in the 14th arrondissement and asked for his mobile phone. When he refused to hand over the phone to the petty robbers, they stabbed him. Despite the efforts of doctors, the boy succumbed to his injuries on Saturday in hospital.

The police managed to arrest the killers shortly after the incident, the boys are 16 and 17 years old and live in the 14th arrondissement. They were remanded in custody after their arrest.

According to the prosecutor's office, the suspected minors, born in May 2007 and August 2008, are old acquaintances of the judiciary. Measures were once imposed in December 2023 for theft and extortion. They also appeared in court on October 30th, 2024, for aggravated robbery, and the trial in that case was scheduled for June, 2025.

The two minors have since been ordered to refrain from contacting each other. However, they were together when they attacked and stabbed young Elias.
