He said that the sovereignty and security of the USA will be restored.

"Our top priority will be to create a nation that is proud, prosperous and free," he said.

He stressed the need to be honest about the challenges it faces, stressing that the government is facing a crisis of confidence.

Trump said the decline of the nation would be stopped.

He claims that in the last eight years he has personally been "tested" more than any other president in history.
