Hell in Zaporozhye: The dead are being counted VIDEO
At least 13 people were killed and at least 18 were injured in a Russian attack on an industrial facility in the Ukrainian city of Zaporozhye, Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform reports.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky published a video of the attack on his official profile on the social network iks.
"I express my condolences to the families and friends of the dead. Unfortunately, it is possible that the number of dead will increase," said Zelensky.
The Secretary of the City Council of the city of Zaporozhye, Regina Kharchenko, published information about the injured on the Telegram communication platform.
"Complete horror and another disaster in Zaporozhye," Kharchenko added.
According to Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Military Administration in the Zaporozhye region, four people are in critical condition.
Kyiv Independent writes that residential buildings, a tram, a bus and other infrastructure were damaged in the attack.
Ukrinform writes that Russian forces attacked Shevchenkovski city district in Zaporozhye.
The Air Force of Ukraine has previously announced that there is a possibility of Russia attacking Ukraine with KAB cruise bombs.
Ukrinform previously reported that Russian troops attacked 12 municipalities in the Zaporizhia region in the past 24 hours.
