Zelensky has to decide: "The proposal is on the table. Take it or leave it"

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán announced today that the proposal for a ceasefire in Ukraine during Christmas is still valid, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky must take responsibility for whether to accept it or not.

"The ceasefire proposal is on the table. Take it or leave it. It's your responsibility," Orbán wrote on the X social network.

Orbán said that the possibility of a mass exchange of war prisoners and the declaration of a Christmas truce is on the table.

"One side accepted it, while the other seems to have rejected it. But there are still a few days until Christmas and we hope for the best," Orbán said.

Orbán said a week ago that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky rejected Hungary's proposal to Ukraine to establish a truce with Russia for Christmas and carry out a large-scale exchange of prisoners.
