According to him, the roof of the building was damaged in the attack, the windows were broken and four men on guard were slightly injured.

The Kyiv Independent reports that this is the third reported drone attack on Chechnya during Russia's war against Ukraine.

The previous attack happened a few days ago, and the first one was reported at the end of October this year.

According to Kadyrov, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was shot down over the police barracks close to 1 a.m. on December 12.

"No one was seriously injured. Four guards received minor injuries," he said.

By the way, as the Kyiv portal further states, the targeted building of the police regiment was named after Akhmat Kadyrov, the first Chechen leader who supported Russia.

The same building was reportedly hit a week earlier during a drone strike on December 4.

After initially reporting no casualties, Kadyrov later claimed that Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) had been killed, boasting that they had been used as human shields.

Kadyrov blamed Ukraine for the drone attack, although Kyiv did not claim responsibility for the attack. A

Ukrainian intelligence source told the Kyiv Independent that the Oct. 29 strike likely came from the neighboring republics of Dagestan or Ingushetia.
