Kamala did not speak after the first results, and earlier today she called Republican candidate Donald Trump, whom she congratulated on his victory in the elections.

Kamala was greeted by a large number of people in front of Herold University, where she spoke. Her supporters greeted her with a big round of applause.

"Thank you all. Let me say that my heart is full today. A lot of gratitude for the trust you have shown me and a lot of love for our country. This election is not something we wanted, what we fought for," began Kamala and added that she will never give up and continue to fight.

She thanked her entire team, starting with the volunteers, and ending with everyone who was involved in this election process, and emphasized how proud she was of all of them.

"We wanted to unite all people in the fight for the future of America. We have a lot in common. We must accept the results of this election. I spoke with Trump, congratulated him and offered help in the transition," she added.

She emphasized that she accepts the results and that they reflect the democracy she is fighting for.

"We are all loyal, not to the president, nor to the party, but to the US Constitution," she said.

Kamala added that people should not be separated. and that everyone must have the same rights and that their dignity must be respected.

"We love to work hard. Our country is worth it. It's okay to be sad and disappointed. The most important thing is to never give up. Never give up on making the world a better place. You have the power in your hands. This is time to roll up our sleeves, get organized and build a better future together," she added.

"Let us fill the sky with the light of a million stars, with optimism, faith, truth and service. Let our work guide us. God bless you and the United States of America," Kamala Harris ended her speech with this sentence.
