The Kyiv Independent reports that this was announced by the local authorities of those areas.

The Ministry of Defense of Russia announced that the anti-aircraft defense (PVO) destroyed 11 drones over the Bryansk region, three over the Belgorod region, two over the Kursk region and one each over the Tula region and the Orel region.

Maxim Yegorov, the governor of the Tambov region, announced that the impact of a Ukrainian drone caused a fire at the "Biochem" distillery in the city of Raskazovo. On the company's website, it is stated that it makes "products of strategic importance for the state", and in particular, ethanol, which is used as a solution for the production of a wide range of products, including explosives, stands out.

Dmitry Milyaev, the governor of the Tula region, announced that two more distilleries in Yefremov and Luzhkovsky were attacked in that region. Alexander Gusev, governor of the Voronezh region, announced that a Ukrainian drone strike had caused a small fire in an industrial facility and that there were no reports of casualties.

The Kyiv Independent reports that the Ukrainian military has not commented on these reports. It is recalled that Ukraine carried out a large number of airstrikes on air bases and other military facilities in order to weaken the more powerful Russian aviation and reduce Moscow's capacity to carry out attacks on Ukrainian cities.
