Last warning: "We will raze you to the ground"
Israel sent a message to Hezbollah that if the group tried to attack the Israeli leader again, the IDF would "raze to the ground Beirut's southern district of Dahiya, a Hezbollah stronghold in the Lebanese capital."
This is information according to unnamed sources cited by the Saudi channel Al-Hadath.
The message, reportedly relayed by a third party, comes after Hezbollah launched a drone on Saturday to target Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's private residence in the coastal city of Caesarea.
He and his wife were not at home at the time of the attack and no one was injured in the incident, the PMO said.
Al-Hadath notes that this was not Hezbollah's first attempt to target an Israeli political figure, having tried at least twice in the past.
A little earlier, American Defense Minister Lloyd Austin spoke out and said that it is difficult to say exactly what the Israeli attack on Iran, which has been talked about for months, will look like.
"At the end of the day, it's Israel's decision, and whether the Israelis believe it's proportional or not and how the Iranians see it, I think those are two different things," Austin told reporters in Ukraine.
