Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky presented the long-awaited Ukrainian "victory agenda", but some parts remained confidential, according to Ukrainian media.

The proposal consists of five points: invitation to NATO membership, defense aspect, deterrence from Russian aggression, economic growth and cooperation and post-war security architecture.

The plan also includes three points that are secret. David Jeremiah, the parliamentary leader of the ruling party, said that these secret points would be presented to party leaders.

"If the plan is supported, we can end the war next year at the latest," Zelensky said in parliament in the presence of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Sirsky, the head of the military intelligence service Kyrylo Budanov and Western diplomats.
