A coup d'état?

In an interview with "Fox news", Trump together with JD Vance answered the question of whether he believes that the situation with Biden can be called a coup d'état.

"In a way, yes," Trump replied.

JD Vance added that they should invoke the 25th Amendment if Joseph Biden is already unable to serve as president.

"If Biden can't run for president, can't carry out the duties of the presidency, and they want to remove him because he's unfit, invoke the 25th amendment (of the US constitution), and don't do it in a way that's politically most convenient for Democrats," Vance said.

Under the 25th Amendment, the vice president and the administration have the power to declare the president unfit for office and force him to resign.
