Strong earthquake in Turkey
An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale hit eastern Turkey today, reports the European Mediterranean Seismological Institute (EMSC).
The earthquake occurred at a depth of eight kilometers, EMSC added.
The epicenter of the earthquake was 32 kilometers southeast of the city of Malatya, home to more than 400,000 inhabitants.
So far, there is no information about possible material damage.
