America's deadly fleet of planes carries 125 tons of bombs; Trump prepares a fierce attack?

The US military is massing B-2 bombers on the British island of Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean as a show of force against Iran, following an attack on the Houthis in Yemen that was authorized by US President Donald Trump.

B-2 bombers can carry 25 tons of lethal means, and according to unofficial information, there was a total of five of these aircraft, whose individual value is about one billion dollars.

The bombers were deployed in British territory near the Houthi stronghold, just days after Trump ordered strikes in Yemen and threatened that "hell will rain down". America's deadly fleet of five planes can carry a whopping 125 tons of bombs.

The developments, just days after Trump's attack on the Houthis, send another stark warning to the militants and their Iranian allies. Both Yemen and Iran are within range of this key strategic base.

The deployment of the deadly aerial arsenal also included the delivery of supporting equipment. Thus, satellite images show that at least three C-17 cargo planes and ten refueling planes were sent to the isolated British territory.

Several B-2 bombers were transferred from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri. These mass movements of deadly military aircraft, especially in this region, are unusual and may indicate an extreme escalation of tensions between the US and Iran.

"U.S. Strategic Command, its components, and subordinate units routinely conduct global operations in coordination with other combatant commands, services, and participating U.S. government agencies to deter, detect, and, if necessary, defeat strategic attacks against the United States and its allies," the U.S. Air Force Global Strike Command said in a statement.

"To maintain operational security, we do not discuss the details of exercises or operations."

Trump launched an attack on the Houthis in Sana'a, Yemen's capital, on February 15 in response to the terrorist group's attacks on ships in the Red Sea. The Houthis have carried out more than 100 attacks since November 2023, claiming to target ships with ties to Israel, because of the war in Gaza.

"Your time is up and your attacks must stop, starting today. If not, hellish punishment will come upon you like never before," Trump warned the rebel Houthis.

Trump also warned Iran to stop supporting the group and promised to "hold them accountable."

"Support to the Houthi terrorists must stop immediately! Do not threaten the American people, their president, who has received one of the largest mandates in presidential history, or the world's sea routes. If you do, watch out, because America will hold you fully accountable and we will not be soft on it!"

According to the Houthi-controlled Ministry of Health, at least 31 civilians were killed in the American attacks, while more than a hundred people were injured.

The US president caused panic in Iran after ordering the killing of General Qassem Soleimani in an airstrike in 2020. Iran responded with plans to kill Trump. Two would-be assassins were arrested as part of an alleged plot to kill Trump before the November 5 election last year.

The US president has threatened to destroy Iran and recently gave Tehran a chilling two-month ultimatum to comply and reach a new nuclear deal. He threatened that the country would face consequences if it rejected the nuclear deal offer.
