The army "on its feet": It will attack them; This is the next world war?
Taiwan's Ministry of Defense announced today that it had ordered the deployment of forces around the island in response to Chinese military maneuvers.

Beijing has mobilized 32 aircraft around Taiwan and announced live ammunition drills in an area about 74 kilometers from the island.
Taiwan ordered air, ground and naval forces to "monitor, warn and respond appropriately," the ministry said in a statement.
As it is added, the Chinese exercises have increased the risk to the safety of international flights and ships, and represent an obvious provocation in terms of regional security and stability.
In recent years, China has increasingly deployed aircraft and warships around Taiwan, which it claims is part of Chinese territory.
Beijing has not ruled out using force to take control of the island.
By the way, as Deutsche Welle announced on Tuesday, China secured the approval of 70 countries for military action against Taiwan.
The People's Republic of China needs that consent because, after a possible attack on the democratic island nation, Taiwan's allies would surely want to pass a resolution in the United Nations condemning the war effort.
With the support gathered, such a resolution would probably have much less chance of a majority than it has so far.
Namely, in the past 18 months, the mentioned 70 countries accepted Beijing's formulation in official announcements and statements, according to which the People's Republic of China has the right to use "all means" with the aim of "reuniting" Taiwan with the People's Republic of China. This explicitly includes military assets.
