"Specialist units for rescuing from the ruins of the Sector for Emergency Situations from Belgrade and Novi Sad, together with other members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, from the early hours of the morning, thoroughly searched the tunnel, underground channels and shafts with a total length of about 4.5 kilometers, in the area of Banjsko Polje to the town of Bor and on that occasion, no traces were found that would indicate that two-year-old Danka Ilić was there.

After more than 70 hours of detailed search of the terrain in Banjsko Polje, members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continue intensive operational work to find the girl and establish all the facts and circumstances of the child's disappearance.

Just to recall that from the moment of being informed of the disappearance on March 26, several hundred members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs participated in the search for the missing girl, who thoroughly and comprehensively examined the wider and narrower area of this place with a total area of about 10 square kilometers.
