A new trial against the Kecmanović couple begins

This lawsuit was filed by a minor who was wounded on May 3, that is, his parents as legal representatives.

Today, both opposing sides of the proceedings should present their proposals, after which the preliminary hearing will be concluded and the main hearing will be scheduled.

The lawsuit was filed against the minor K.K. and his parents V. Kecmanović and M. Kecmanović. This lawsuit was filed for compensation for non-material damages due to physical pain, fear suffered and psychological pain.

Before this litigation, two more cases were started in this court - one lawsuit was filed by members of the Dukić family, and the other by 27 members of the families of the murdered children.

The court will decide on the claim and only after the end of the civil proceedings will it make a decision whether it fully or partially accepts the family's claim or rejects it.

Criminal proceedings are led against the boy's father and mother, as well as the instructor and owner of the shooting club where, as is suspected, K.K. learned to shoot, while the minor is criminally irresponsible because he was not 14 years old at the time of the massacre.
