The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Novi Sad has started publishing documentation on the fall of canopy

As stated in the announcement of the prosecution, the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Novi Sad, after the indictment was filed on December 30 of this year, based on Article 250, paragraph 1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is making available all available documentation and information collected during the pre-investigation and investigative procedure, which was conducted before the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Novi Sad.

Other evidence supporting the justified suspicion that the accused persons have committed the criminal acts charged against them are also submitted for inspection.

It is added that, based on the provisions of the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance and the Law on Protection of Personal Data, and recognizing the legitimate interest of the public to be familiar with the aforementioned documentation, it is made available to the general public.

The High Public Prosecutor's Office adds that medical documentation including photographs, recordings and records concerning the deceased and injured are exempted, given that, as explained, the private interest of the families and victims outweighs the interest of the public.

Due to the volume of the documentation, which in electronic form amounts to hundreds of gigabytes of computer data, as well as the limitations of the available computer network capacities, all documentation will be published in several successive steps, but without delay, the press release points out.

The documentation on the handover of the lobby of wing B, the labor law documentation, the CIP project for the construction permit in two parts, archival documentation, expertise and the construction project for the reconstruction and adaptation of the station building were also published.
