There are three lines of investigation into the missing Danka, one of which relates to the mother

The first direction leads to, Blic learns, the examination of the phone of the mother of the missing girl, Ivana Ilić, whose phone was taken by the police yesterday and sent for examination.

The police did this as part of a broader investigation of all the contacts of the missing Danka Ilić's family and their relationships. Data from Danka's mother's phone could point to new details or people of importance to the case.

It should be noted that the analysis of Danka's mother's phone, as well as the fact that the parents of the missing Danka Ilić were taken to the police yesterday for questioning regarding the disappearance of their two-year-old daughter, does not mean that they are suspected or accused of any crime.

The second direction is a detailed check of data from mobile phone base stations in the Banjsko polje area, in order to determine the movement of all persons who were near the place where Danka disappeared at the crucial time on Tuesday.

Cross-checking this data with the statements of all the people the police interviewed after the girl's disappearance could indicate possible inconsistencies in the statements and open up new possibilities in the investigation.

The third direction goes towards checking the private lives and contacts of all family members.

Their statements, as well as the details of Danka's mother's report about the child's disappearance - the time of the fatal event, where they went before the disappearance, and where the mother went after the disappearance - are being combed through again.
