Search suspended: Interior Ministry made an urgent announcement regarding the disappearance of little Danka

Members of the Ministry of the Interior, after a 27-hour detailed search of the ground in search of two-year-old Danka Ilić in the suburban settlement of Banjsko Polje and Brestovačka banja, suspended further searches, given that all the results so far indicate that the girl is not in this area of approx. 10 square kilometers.

The police continues intensive operational work in order to establish all the facts and circumstances related to the disappearance of the child, about which the public will be informed in a timely manner.

Over the past 27 hours, more than 500 members of the Ministry of the Interior participated in the search for Danka Ilić, whose disappearance was reported yesterday - the Gendarmerie, the General Jurisdiction Police, the Criminal Police Directorate, the Technical Directorate, the Helicopter Unit, the Department for Emergency Situations, the Directorate traffic police, the Police Department in Bor, as well as the Mountain Rescue Service and members of the voluntary fire brigade.
