At today's hearing, Dragana Tomić and school employee Radica Bušić were called as witnesses from class VII2, where K.K. went and where there were the most victims. Tomić did not appear at hearings in civil proceedings three times, and the representative of the Dukić family, Snežana Dunjić, asked for her to be heard, pointing out that she did not help the wounded children.

At the last hearing, physical education teacher Divna Vukić, who hid children in the "Ribnikar" gymnasium and whose testimony was extremely shocking, testified, as did an employee of the company that worked for school security and a colleague of the murdered Dragan Vlahović, Mirko Repac.

In the High Court in Belgrade, the civil proceedings against the father, mother and boy who killed nine peers and the school guard on May 3, 2023, at the "Vladislav Ribnikar" elementary school, and according to the lawsuit of the Dukić family, whose daughter was killed, started from the beginning.

The trial started again due to a change of acting judge. The representative of the Dukić family, Snežana Dunjić, stated today that the claim was specified in terms of compensation for material damage due to the reduced life activity of the members of the Dukić family.

The judge ordered that the Dukić family be examined until the next trial, which is scheduled for February 22, and he also summoned Dragana Tomić with a decision on a fine of 30,000 dinars. This proceeding was initiated against Miljana and Vladimir Kecmanović, their son, as well as against the school and the state, and following a lawsuit by members of the Dukić family, whose daughter was killed at the time.

The court will decide on this claim only after the end of the civil proceedings, and make a decision whether to fully or partially accept the claim of the family, or possibly reject it.

The lawsuit was filed in civil proceedings for non-material damage compensation for mental pain suffered due to the death of a close person, as well as for the fear suffered.

Criminal proceedings against the boy's father and mother, as well as the instructor and owner of the shooting club where, as is suspected, K.K. learned to shoot, while the minor is criminally irresponsible because he was not 14 years old at the time of the massacre.

In addition to this litigation, there are four other litigations filed by the wounded and the family members of the murdered children.
