Viewers can't wait for Netflix's new series: "One of those shocking endings" VIDEO
Netflix has released the first trailer for Missing You, another thriller series based on the novel by the famous writer Harlan Coben.
The "Missing You" series is the ninth adaptation of this author's work, and at the beginning of the year viewers had the opportunity to watch the thriller series "Fool Me Once", which was the most watched on Netflix for weeks.
"Missing You", like "Fool Me Once", will premiere on Netflix on December 1, and the official description of the series reads: "What would you do if your ex disappeared and came back into your life after 11 years?"
The plot of the film follows detective Kat Donovan (Rosalind Eleazar), who accidentally finds her ex-fiancé's profile on a dating app. All this made her return to the mystery surrounding her father's murder.
The series will have five episodes. Sean Spencer is responsible for the direction, and Victoria Asare-Archer will adapt the screenplay based on Coben's work.
Harlan Coben will participate in the adaptation and will have the role of one of the executive producers.
Along with Rosalind Eleazar, who plays the main character, the series also stars Richard Armitage, Ashley Walters, James Nesbitt, Lenny Henry, Jessica Plum and other stars.
