"In any case, he is exempt from responsibility, in the legal sense he cannot be held responsible because we have a situation where it is a child, that is the absurdity of this procedure. We had perhaps a unique case, a mass murderer who does not bear responsibility but has the status of a witness, now goes a step further. He gets the status of an injured party, in addition to the rights he has as a witness, he will have some additional rights, for example, to join the criminal prosecution of his parents and to file a claim against them for rough neglect which, by expanding the indictment, is placed on the parents," said lawyer Ivan Duzlevski.

He added: "That means that he has a duty to testify. He has already testified, but we heard that the defense proposed to be re-examined. There is a fear that he will exercise his right not to testify against his parents, and the earlier statements cannot be used either... But I believe that it will not come to that, considering what we heard earlier, his testimony is very important for the prosecution, after all, the expansion of the indictment was based on what we heard from his testimony," said the lawyer.

"I am sure that he will agree to testify, and that he will do it with pleasure, because he will use the opportunity to put his narcissism in the center of attention again," said psychologist and court expert prof. Dr. Radoslav Svičević.
