"The patients are still in an unstable condition, the condition is still difficult, there were no new surgical procedures during the night. The morning visit and today's diagnostics are ahead of us, so we will see what will happen today," said Turkulov for Tanjug.

Turkulov added that the patients are still unconscious, and that the families, since they are not from Novi Sad, have rented apartments, but stay mostly in the lobby of the Clinical Center of Vojvodina because they want to be there and that is the least that can be done for them.

"They are offering us help from all sides, we are in contact with the Minister of Health. We have everything we need at the moment, now we just have to fight," said Turkulov.

Patients are monitored 24 hours a day and everyone is fighting for their lives.

"We are all here, including the provincial secretary of health and the mayor. The mayor also goes to funerals, provides help in other fields as well, that is the least the city can do. Health workers are fighting here," said Dr. Turkulov.

She also asked the media not to spread misinformation, stressing that Novi Sad has three seriously injured people, that they are all in the Clinical Center of Vojvodina and that there are no patients in other hospitals.
