Grandfather of the murdered man: "Whining and wailing"
Grandfather N.M. testified as follows.
"If you remember the picture 'Kosovo girl', that's it, wailing, whining".
He pointed out that he saw M.M. first.
"It was clear to me that he was killed while he was sitting. He was not sitting on the ground, but on his heels, leaning against the wall. I know that, I was on the battlefield, I know that he surrendered when he was killed".
As he pointed out, he passed his grandson twice and did not see him.
"Some were crying, some were not. I grabbed N.I.'s shoulder to move him to see who it was, he told me to let him go, I felt that his arm was broken. N.S. was looking for his father. J.R. was wailing, he was asking for help," he said.
He pointed out that he "refers to Blažić as a genetic idiot" and said that "his father is no better than him".
"Well, even the grandfather is no better, only age takes its toll. If Uros can brag about killing a child... I have to finish... They are not aware that they are dead people. It will not end like that, and your's job is to judge fairly".
Poignant address to Blažić's father: "You raised him to be a monster"
The injured witness J. M. addressed Blažić and an incident occurred in the courtroom.
"Radiša, you talked about some ranks, medals, awards, that you are an honest man. You made a mistake in the most important task in life, to raise children. You raised this monkey to be a monster. And you, monkey, unfortunately, this man made everything possible for you, didn't he?"
''I'm J.M., remember me, you killed my two brothers," he said.
He headed towards the box where the Blažićs are, but the guards prevented him from doing so and took him out of the courtroom.
The brother of the murdered described the horrible night: "He was dead, he had a hole in his forehead"
The victim N. M., the brother of the murdered P. M. and M. M., is a witness.
"I was one of the first to go to the scene. I was sleeping at home, my sister-in-law woke me up and said that something had happened. We thought it was a fight. When we got inside, we put my brother in the car and took him to the emergency room. I saw my uncle's brother. I didn't see all the wounded because it was dark, I saw those who were closest to the fire," he said.
Lawyer Siniša Mašović asked who came to the scene, and the witness answered that they were among the first to reach Ravni Gaj.
"D.M. was carrying Nikola in the car. We heard Petar's voice and we started towards him. He was on the left side of the monument, he was lying on his back. We did not see my uncle's brother when we entered, but he was right at the entrance. We saw him only when we were taking Petar out. He was sitting, his back was over his legs, his hands were above his head, he probably surrendered. Marko was dead, he had a hole in his forehead," he said and added:
"I saw N.S., he was a few meters from Petar, he gave me a phone to call the police and the ambulance. He died in the hospital," he said.
As he said, they immediately left for Smederevo, and on the way they met the police and emergency services.
"We visited Dejan, who was also going to Smederevo," he said.
Prosecutor Ivan Konatar asked the injured witness if any of the murdered young men had a conflict with Uroš Blažić, he replied that they did not know Blažić.
