The boy K.K. was taken out around 8:30 a.m. from the hospital where he had been since the moment he committed the massacre at the "Vladislav Ribnikar" elementary school. He was transported by ambulance, accompanied by the police, to the building of the Special Court, where today he continues to answer the questions of the victims' families.

The entrance to the hospital was covered with screens, and police officers covered his body.

Just to recall that the trial of his parents Miljana and Vladimir Kecmanović should continue in the Special Court in Belgrade today, with the interrogation of the boy K. K., who committed a mass murder on May 3 at Vladislav Ribnikar Elementary School.

It is expected that at this moment the trial has continued, given that the start was previously scheduled for 10 a.m.

The trial is normally closed to the public, and the public and the media are informed about its progress only after someone comes out of the courtroom to a lawyer or a journalist and conveys what is happening in the courtroom, with the fact that the details of the testimony itself must not be presented.

Given that he did not use his legal right not to testify in court as the closest relative of Vladimir and Miljana Kecmanović, K.K., as a witness who gave a statement, must answer questions.

The previous time, his presentation lasted more than two hours, and he was asked questions by the court, the prosecution and lawyers, as well as one parent.

Questions are being asked by the parents of the murdered children

As Tanjug learns today, K.K. will be continued to be asked questions by the parents of the murdered children, who have the status of injured parties in this procedure.

The Kecmanovics also have the right to ask their son questions.

Minor K.K. is being questioned as a witness. At the previous trial on October 8, the juvenile was questioned by the judge, the prosecutor, the attorneys of the victims and a family member of the murdered.

At that time, the minor testified from the courtroom, i.e. behind the lectern, because he does not have the status of a particularly sensitive witness. That was the first time he was taken out of the institution where he was held because of the crime.

In this case, the boy's parents, Vladimir and Miljana Kecmanović, and shooting range instructor Nemanja Marinković, who is accused of the criminal offense of giving a false statement, are on trial. The owner of the shooting range where the minor K. K. learned to shoot, Ratko Ivanović, entered into a plea agreement with the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, on the basis of which the court found him guilty of the crime of giving a false statement and sentenced him to six months of house arrest.

Miljana and Vladimir Kecmanović have denied guilt since the beginning of the trial.

In this case, the court closed the trial to the public for reasons of protecting the interests of minor victims.

The boy's father was accused of committing a crime - a serious crime against general safety, because he took a 13-year-old child to a shooting range and taught him to shoot, as well as not adequately storing weapons in the house.

Miljana Kecmanović, boy's mother, was charged because her DNA was found on a shell casing in the classroom where the massacre was committed.

The boy K. K, who at the time of this crime was not yet 14 years old and therefore not criminally responsible, shot on May 3rd at school with two of his father's pistols that he took on May 1st.

On the fateful day, he put them in his backpack, went to school and during the first lesson, killed 10 people and injured five more children and a history teacher.

The killer boy blamed his mother for the massacre: "She asked me to be the best, she got angry when I wasn't"

Media: Miljana and Vladimir Kecmanović asked the court to question their son at the next hearing

The decision was made: Miljana Kecmanović is prohibited from communicating with her son, the killer boy from Ribnikar.

Media: The trial continues, the mother of the murdered boy asks questions

According to media reports, K.K.'s testimony continued on time, and the first questions were asked by the mother of Andrija Čikić, Svetlana Stanković Čikić, who started asking him questions at the last hearing.
