It will be the first time since the crime he committed at his school "Vladislav Ribnikar" on May 3, 2023, that he leaves the children's psychiatric clinic where he was placed for interrogation.

According to the information that "Novosti" has, K.K. accompanied by a psychiatrist, will be transported from the clinic to the building in Ustanička Street by an ambulance.

In the courtroom, he will be placed in a glass "cubicle" for protected witnesses, which is darkened, so that he can see everything directly, but no one can see him.

The judge, the accused, the lawyers and the families of his victims will watch him on monitors and listen through loudspeakers.

In the courtroom next to the aforementioned child psychiatrist, K.K. will be accompanied by a collisional guardian, who was appointed to him from the Center for Social Work, because he is a minor, but he will be sitting in that "cubicle" by himself.

The role of the psychiatrist will be to observe him while he is testifying and to eventually intervene and ask for a break, if for some reason he is not feeling well.

The damaged families of those killed and wounded in the crime will be placed behind bulletproof glass in the part where the public sits in that courtroom, which is otherwise excluded in this case, and in the glass part in front of them, which is separated by another bulletproof glass from the courtroom where the judge and lawyers are, will sit the accused.

When the trial begins on October 8, the psychiatrist will first declare whether there are any medical conditions for K.K. to testify. If he says he has, then the judge must order his psychiatric evaluation, and if he says no, then the judge warns K.K. that he has the right not to testify against his parents and to declare now in the courtroom whether he wants to testify or not.

If he refuses, the search ends, and if he accepts, he will tell how he learned to shoot, what was the role of his parents, how he decided to commit the crime that day and what he was doing.

All participants in the process will be able to ask him questions. If K.K. refuses to testify, he will not testify against the third defendant, shooting instructor Marinković, even though he is not in a close family relationship with him, because the topic of his testimony in that case is how he trained to shoot, what and with whom he worked at the shooting range, how he got there, closely related to the accusation against his father Vladimir.

By the way, Vladimir Kecmanović was accused of a serious offense against general safety, because he taught the boy to shoot and did not properly secure the pistols, so his son took them and killed ten people and wounded six.

Miljana Kecmanović is charged with illegal possession of ammunition, because her DNA trace was found on a shell casing in the history classroom, and Nemanja Marinković is charged with giving a false statement, because he told the police that K.K. never shot at a shooting range, and the videos show otherwise.

The boy is silent and in a kind of depression

As "Novosti" learns, K.K. has been very quiet in the hospital for the last few months, he hardly says anything and is in some kind of depression. We are told that he has fears and is anxious.

His condition, as we were told, is not related to the fact that he has to come to court and testify. During the investigation, some two months after the committed crime, K.K. was interrogated by the High Prosecutor's Office via a video link from the psychiatric hospital, and at that time his mother, Miljana Kecmanović, was sitting next to him.

According to the indictment, he said that he entered the school that day, sat on the bench and thought about calling his mother on the phone. That's when guard Dragan Vlahović approached him and told him to go to class.

The boy said that then he saw his enemy in him and when Dragan turned to go to his place in the porter's office, Kosta took out a gun and shot him in the back.

After that, he entered the hall and shot three girls, Ana Božović, Bojana Asović and Sofija Negić, and then committed a massacre in the history classroom, where students from his class were in class.
