The girl who was abducted by Blažić on the fateful night does not want to testify

Witness J. A, the girl who was abducted by Blažić, does not want to testify and submitted a notice to the court that she is unable to testify.

She pointed out that she has a high-risk pregnancy and does not want to recall the trauma she experienced that evening. Let us remind you that she was in the taxi that Blažić got into after the mass murder and she lied to Blažić that she was pregnant in order not to harm her.

In the doctor's report, which was submitted to the court, it was also stated that it was due to the pregnancy and the mental state of the witness necessary not to attend hearings until further notice.

The prosecution requested new medical documentation before making a decision.

Blažić's friend fell ill and collapsed in the courtroom

The witness M.L., a friend of Uroš Blažić, said that he stands by the statement he gave in the prosecution and that he does not want to supplement his statement. To prosecutor Olivera Milojević's questions, he answered that he had known Blažić for two or three years and that they had not been friends much.

Answering the questions of defense counsel of Radiša Blažić, the witness said that Uroš's father came to the house when they were roasting the pig, for ten minutes, and that he did not know if he came more often.

Lawyer Nebojša Perović asked the witness if he goes to the gym, to which he replied that he goes periodically and does not use substances.

"I only know about creatine, protein, that trenbolone and testosterone. The only thing I know about exercise is that he started a month or two before May, and I don't know what he used. Then he came to Belgrade, he said that he would to go to the gym and use it."

When the lawyer was commenting on the testimony of the witness, the witness fainted.
