"This process has been going on for a long time, and it has been going on for a long time because Aleksić's lawyer is flooding the court with unnecessary questions concerning things that have nothing to do with our statements, but with some of our personal relationships, such as what we wore..." said Radulović.

"Of course, the judge rejected this type of question, the defendant's lawyer got angry and threatened, so the judge, in order to stop it, took a break, after which the hearing was postponed," she added.

Radulović says that, believing that both the accused and his lawyer, he probably got angry with the judge because he did not allow him to obstruct the process like that, so the accused party decided to use his impaired health to further slow down the court process.

"That's the card they normally play when they have nothing else to do," she said, "because it's something nobody in the courtroom wants to play with."

"The goal of procrastination, which seems to me to be already achieved, is to exhaust ourselves as much as possible, us and our families, and the second is to completely make no sense of this case, because the longer this process lasts, the less its significance and significance is lost to finish this in a decent time," she said.

"Thus, they intimidate other women who would report such cases, who would otherwise turn to the protection system."

She noted that "if this happens to us, and there are 7 of us, and 15 with female witnesses", she does not want to imagine what the process would look like with girls who are not public figures.

Radulović emphasized that she is exhausted and that she does not understand why this is taking so long. She added that the lawyer of Miroslav Aleksić, Zoran Jakovljević, shows violent behavior in the courtroom and threatens everyone in the courtroom.

Lawyer Jugoslav Tintor said that he did not expect the trial of Miroslav Aleksić to last this long, and that this trial process "demotivates victims to report such cases".

"What the defense is trying to do now is that with this kind of obstruction of the process, there are things that have nothing to do with this case. It is good that the court rejects questions that do not relate to the specific case," said Tintor.

He noted that the defendant gave a defense for a year, witnesses also gave statements for a year, which is more than enough time for the court process to end. Therefore, according to him, the postponement of the last two hearings due to the health condition of the accused is "nothing but obstruction of the trial."
