The father of the minor K. K., Vladimir Kecmanović, is accused of having committed a crime - a serious crime against general security, given that he took the 13-year-old child, who was 13 years old at the time of the crime, to the shooting range and taught him to shoot, as well as that he did not adequately store the weapons he owned in the house.

The accused Kecmanović has been in custody since May 3 last year, when he was arrested.

Miljana Kecmanović was accused of illegal possession, carrying and trafficking of weapons, as her DNA was found on a shell casing in the classroom, as well as on a hair tie that tied the bottle in which her son made a Molotov cocktail.

On that fateful May 3rd, their son killed nine children and a school guard at the elementary school "Vladislav Ribnikar" and since then he has been in a psychiatric institution because he is criminally irresponsible, considering that at the time he committed this crime he was only 13 years old.
