The car of the mother of the killer boy from "Ribnikar" was seized

Her car was seized in order to settle the costs of the procedure for determining a temporary measure of almost 1.4 million dinars, the representative of the Kecmanović family, Marina Ivelja, told Tanjug.

Lawyer Ognjen Božović stated for Tanjug that the High Court in Belgrade determined the costs of the interim measure procedure and issued a decision on it, and since Miljana Kecmanović did not pay those costs, the executors seized her car in the collection procedure.

The civil proceedings on the lawsuit of 27 family members of the murdered were preceded by the procedure of determining the measure to secure the future monetary claim, and the Kecmanović couple were prohibited from alienating and encumbering immovable property, among which was a car.

With that decision, she is obliged to jointly pay them costs of almost 1.4 million dinars, and considering that she did not settle those costs, her car was confiscated.

Five civil proceedings are being conducted against the boy's parents based on lawsuits filed by members of the families of those killed and wounded, and for the compensation of non-material damages.

Criminal proceedings are also being conducted against them, which are closed to the public by court decision for the protection of minor victims.
