The Prosecutor's Office on attack in elementary school "Sveti Sava": the parents will face criminal charges

"The police officers of PS Vračar conducted an interview with the injured teacher, as well as with D.L. and S.L., medical reports on the injuries sustained were obtained, so the prosecutor on duty ordered that, after the police collect the other necessary evidence, video surveillance camera recordings and statements the witness of the incident filed a criminal complaint against the parents of D.L. and S.L. for the crime of violent behavior under Article 344 of the Criminal Code, it was stated in the statement.

As Blic announced, the teacher of the Elementary School "Sveti Sava" in Vračar, S. Dj. she was attacked last night around 19:00 after she returned from an excursion with students and other teachers.

As "Blic" unofficially learns, she was attacked by the parents of a girl who is from another class, after she allegedly rudely told their seriously ill daughter to move in order to take photos of other children.

The mother admitted today that she attacked the teacher and gave her side of the story for Blic.
