Ministry of Internal Affairs issued a statement regarding the case of Danka Ilić's murder
Members of the Ministry of Interior, Department of Internal Control, by order of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office, collect information and establish circumstances under which D.D., a suspect in the murder of little Danka, died in Bor police department.
Police officers during the mentioned procedure act fully in accordance with the law and their powers, the statement says.
If it is established that there were abuses and excesses of authority when dealing with the deceased D. D, the Internal Control Sector will initiate appropriate legal measures against those who violated the law and police ethics, and the public will be informed about it in a timely manner.
As it was announced, the headlines that appeared in some tabloids are tendentious and inaccurate and aim to put pressure on members of the MIA who do their job professionally and in accordance with the law.

Uhapšeni Goran Vesić i Jelena Tanasković zbog pada nadstrešnice na Železničkoj stanici
