Vučić laid flowers in Malo Orašje and Dubona: I promise that the state will not allow crime to go unpunished
Aleksandar Vučić laid flowers in the memorial park in Malo Orašje, as well as in Dubona, where nine people were killed and 12 wounded, mostly young people, a year ago.
Aleksandar Vučić laid flowers in the memorial park in Malo Orašje at the place of murder of Nemanja Stevanović, Lazar Milovanović, Marko Mitrović, Aleksandar Milovanović, Nikola Milić and Petar Mitrović.
"With the deepest reverence, I pay my respects to the innocent victims of the mindless campaign that left behind despair, sadness and devastation.
As a parent, I feel immense pain for the lives lost and share the suffering of families who are left without their most valuable treasure, their children.
As president, I promise that the state will not allow crime to go unpunished, the victory of evil over justice and atrocities over humanity. May they rest in peace," Vucic wrote on his Instagram account.
After laying flowers in Malo Orašje, Aleksandar Vučić also laid flowers at the place of murder of Kristina and Milan Panić and Dalibor Todorović in the village of Dubona.
"Together with Prime Minister Miloš Vučević, I lay flowers at the place where the lives of Milan, Kristina and Dalibor were cruelly ended, and with them all the joy and hopes of their parents.
Houses extinguished and shrouded in black, the work of evil that knew no mercy, neither for shame, nor for love. And this crime left a deep wound on the soul of the whole of Serbia, which even today stands silent in front of the horror that befell us all, but also united all the good people of our country in order to fight with all our might for a society in which this kind of tragedy must not be repeated.
May they rest in peace."
