Police on alert; A message arrived from Montenegro; Embassy of Serbia: We didn't receive that information
The girl Danka Ilić (2) disappeared last Tuesday in Banjsko polje near Bor. Since then, until today, an intensive search for her has been going on, and Interpol has also joined the investigation.
Specialist teams of the Ministry of Internal Affairs searched the surroundings of the house, the tunnel, underground channels and shafts, forests and did not find any traces that would indicate that the girl was there.
MIA continues operational work.
Something is strange in Banjsko Polje
For the first time after the 7-day search for Danka Ilić, who disappeared on March 26 in Banjsko Polje, the police patrol is not at the intersection at the entrance to the village, reports a Telegraf reporter from the scene. As it is added, this morning there are no police officers who have been legitimizing citizens in the center of the settlement in front of the buildings these days.
Although there are no policemen, two ambulances and two police cars are parked. Until now, the police were on duty day and night at the entrance to Banjsko Polje, where they checked IDs at the entrance, but also in the place itself, but this morning that is not the case, explains our reporter.
Police Major: Elimination of suspects in connection with Danka's disappearance only when all the facts are obtained
She told RTS this morning that she cannot talk about specific data from the investigation into the disappearance of Danka Ilić, nor about the suspects, but she points out that the search for the two-year-old girl is ongoing and that all facts and all persons are being checked.
"Checks are being made on all possible facts and circumstances. All persons who can be brought into any relationship with the mentioned events are checked. As is the usual police practice at the moment when a child is reported missing, first of all the initial measures and actions that are taken primarily refer to the tour and search of the terrain in the closest circle of the event site," said Otović Pjanović.
She also points out that the investigation and search of the ground was not only conducted in that narrow circle of the scene of the incident, but also that it was extended to all possible border crossings, approaches, roads leading to border crossings in order to eliminate any possibility that someone could leave the country.
She also states that all possible recordings were taken from all possible cameras, from all possible directions, and the checks are not only done in the Police Department in Bor and the city of Bor itself, but also in the surrounding administrations.
"Every person who passed by in any direction and who could be connected, depending on the circumstances, whether they were there somewhere in the immediate vicinity at the time of the girl's disappearance, is brought to the police department, interviews are conducted, and the elimination will proceed, of course, when we get the undoubted fact that someone cannot be linked to the commission of an act," said the police major.
Ambassador of Serbia in Vienna: We did not receive that information
Ambassador of Serbia in Vienna, Marko Blagojević, told the Morning program of TV Prva that our embassy has not yet received information that the child from the video has been identified.
