A worker from Turkey was found in a crane that collapsed during hurricane force winds.

Another victim of the storm is a man from Tivat, D. P. (60), who died on the construction site of the golf course in Luštica.

Strong wind uprooted trees in Bar

The Primorski portal reports that the wind uprooted trees in Bar and that cars were damaged. It is said that several vessels in the marina were also damaged due to the storm.

"The storm that swept over Montenegro particularly affected the Primorska region, where unfortunately there are casualties. A Turkish citizen lost his life at the construction site in Čanj, while one person was killed by lightning in Radovići. One person was rescued from the water in Petrovac while in the Port at least one worker was slightly injured. Significant material damage was caused in the port," announced the Ministry of the Interior and emphasized that the Institute for Hydrometerology and Seismology could not predict the strength and time interval of the storm for technical reasons.

The news reports that Budva's downtown is under water and that traffic in Podgorica is difficult due to broken trees.
