The bodies of a woman and a small child were found floating in Miljacka

It is a middle-aged woman with whom a child aged about four years was found.

Doctors pronounced them dead on the spot, Kurir reports.

"Tonight, just before midnight, the police received a report that a body had been spotted in a riverbed in Miljacka, in the area of Bentbaša. The patrol that went to the field confirmed the information from the report. Police officers, firefighters, ambulance and GSS were dispatched to the field. Body of a middle-aged woman was pulled out at 1:30 a.m., along with the body of a child under the age of 4. Doctors pronounced them dead on the spot," the police announced.

Local media reports that according to the information available at the moment, there are no visible injuries on the bodies.

The bodies were transferred to the Bare prosecutor's office. The police officers, under the supervision of the prosecutor, continue to work on elucidating all the circumstances of this event.

In Miljacka, on the route between Grbavica and Pofalić, a body with a bag on its head was recently found.
