Vučić at the meeting of the Government of Serbia: All the demands of the students have been met

Prime Minister Miloš Vučević asked President Vučić to inform members of the government about tomorrow's trip to Brussels for the summit of the European and Western Balkans, about the agenda for the reform of our country, as well as about the situation in the country, including in the southern province.

President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, spoke at the beginning of the session and stated that our people in Kosovo and Metohija are fighting a hard struggle for survival and preservation of political legitimacy.

"What I can tell you from my contacts and intelligence agencies is that Kurti's regime will declare the Serbs guilty without material evidence with a clear political goal, and the meaning is to try in every way to ban the Serbian List from participating in the elections," Vučić said, noting that all this is happening in the last days, i.e. the days of the departure of the current US administration.

"As far as the cluster is concerned, they will finally open the cluster for us at the end of January, or in the first week of February. I don't know if it is a turning point. It is an important thing, we have to do a lot and we are making progress in many spheres of social life. I would like the government to form team for the sanctions that the Americans will introduce to NIS, to create a wider team and to prepare for something that will be a huge challenge," said Vučić.

President of Serbia then said that everything should be completed and opened when it comes to travel routes. Vučić then turned to the Minister of Health, Dr. Zlatibor Lončar, and asked him to make a report on the status of waiting lists.

"I would like to ask everyone from the Government for one thing, be angry as much as you want, don't forget that people appreciate those who are in the ring and fight for their views. It is incomprehensible to me that the entire Government is silent about the removal of minor children from schools. It's scandalous that you all keep quiet about taking our children out of schools, to the Dadov theater. I guess the principals said not to take the children out, if they didn't tell them, then what are the principals doing. Or are you going to convince me that the minors want to engage in politics. Who are you to take anyone's child to the street? That a 15-year-old child goes to protest? Parents have the right, but teachers don't," he said.

"As far as the students are concerned, I am satisfied that we have done a lot with the legitimate representatives," said the President of Serbia and added:

"They asked for four things to be fulfilled, all of them have been fulfilled. Now, it is completely clear what it is all about. My proposal is to do nothing, let the students block the faculties. I only feel sorry for those students who want to study. Let them do what they want and you do all the other work. They have full freedom, we will never touch the autonomy of the university".

President of Serbia told Prime Minister Vučević to prepare for the reconstruction of the government from March to May.

"I'm in Brussels tomorrow and the day after," said Vučić.

"Next year, we will have a military parade, where we will show what we have. It is best, due to the weather, that it should be in May. If we wait for October 20, then it will already be the 81st anniversary. I will probably go to Moscow on May 9", said President of Serbia.

The session started at 12:00 in the "Serbia" Palace.
